How does NetRate Mortgage protect my personal information? To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include: - AES-256 encryption for data at rest and in transit - Secure access controls with role-based authentication - Physical safeguards for paper records (locked storage) - Regular review of data protection practices - Employee/contractor training on information security - Secure disposal of consumer information (cross-cut shredding, secure digital deletion) How does NetRate Mortgage collect my personal information? We collect your personal information when you: - Apply for a mortgage loan - Provide information on a loan application (Uniform Residential Loan Application / Form 1003) - Authorize us to obtain credit reports - Submit documents for income, asset, or employment verification - Visit our website or use our online tools We also collect your personal information from others, such as: - Credit bureaus - Employers and income verification services - Appraisal management companies - Title companies - Other financial institutions - Government agencies (tax transcripts, flood certifications) Why can't I limit all sharing? Federal law gives you the right to limit only: - Sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes (information about your creditworthiness) - Affiliates from using your information to market to you - Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. We retain your information in accordance with federal and state law and our retention schedule (generally two to seven years depending on the record type and state) and continue to share it only as described in this notice.

Affiliates: Companies related by common ownership or control. NetRate Mortgage LLC has no affiliates. Nonaffiliates: Companies not related by common ownership or control. NetRate Mortgage does not share with nonaffiliates for marketing purposes. Joint marketing: A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. NetRate Mortgage does not jointly market.
